We want to help retail with food waste prevention and to provide our farmers with high-performance feed materials to make their production more efficient. This will enable farmers’ products to return to retail shelves with added value and a lower carbon footprint. However, the difference in the prices of traditional and new raw materials should not exceed their economic benefits.
This requires a careful business model development that currently remains our prime focus, ensuring the sustainability and profitability of all stakeholders.
Our vision takes flight with real results. Our pilot with retailers in Slovakia pioneers data collection, laying the groundwork for advanced validation and software innovation. This data fuels our deep tech solutions, driving plans to scale to 40 clusters by 2030. We enhance validation through rigorous process checks and material flow mapping, preparing a detailed CO2e measurement methodology to quantify emissions. Addressing 11 million tons of unsold food yearly, we’re shaping a sustainable future across the EU, UK, and beyond
